So, I called to see how the boys were doing and found out they had already had their eye exams. The opthamalogist didn't find any problems but did say they had premature retinas and that he wanted to follow up in 2 weeks. That is almost always what he says when he sees little babies so we were expecting it. The nurses said that both boys tolerated the eye exams relatively well.
Addison was turned down to a +5 on his cpap and had 2 episodes last night but none yet today. He now weighs 2lbs. 4oz. and his feedings have been increased to 25cc (5cc away from one ounce!). He's been staying in 25-30% oxygen.
Riley is up to 1lb. 13oz. and is getting 20cc per feeding. He is still on the +4 cpap and has been doing really well on that for 2 days. He had one episode last night and 2 so far today.
They both re having their potassium supplement increased only because of them gaining weight. Their levels are still within normal but they were on the low side of normal. All of their other vitamins and supplements are the same.
I should have a fairly big update tonight. Their primary doctor wants to have a meeting with us this evening. Tomorrow, I would have been 32 weeks pregnant so it's time for another "what they've done and what should happen over the next few weeks" meeting.
